This notice applies to information handled through this public website, including the general inquiry form. It does not cover information handled under a separate client, employment, vendor, or other written relationship. If a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls for the information it covers.
Do not send sensitive, operational, or emergency information through this website. The public contact form is a general business channel, not a secure portal or an emergency-response service.

The general inquiry form asks for:
- Your name
- Your business email address
- Your organization, if you choose to provide it
- A general message
We also receive information you include in later email correspondence. Please limit any initial message to information needed to explain the general nature of your inquiry.
Website and service information
The website does not intentionally use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or browser storage to build visitor profiles. Our hosting, email-delivery, and mailbox providers may process ordinary technical and service records—such as request, security, delivery, or diagnostic data—to operate and protect their services under their own terms and privacy notices.
How we use information
We use information from a website inquiry to:
- Receive, review, and respond to the inquiry
- Assess whether a further conversation may be appropriate

The current website contact flow relies on:

- Resend to relay the inquiry by email. See the Resend Privacy Policy.
- An email provider for delivery to and monitoring of the Temperfield Group intake mailbox.
These providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they or their subprocessors operate. Their independent services are governed by their own terms and notices.
Retention
A routine website inquiry is intended to remain in the monitored intake mailbox for no longer than seven days. If we respond or a business conversation continues, subsequent correspondence and relevant records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for that conversation, ordinary business administration, security, dispute handling, or applicable legal requirements.
Service providers may retain limited delivery, security, backup, or diagnostic records according to their own retention practices. We do not operate a separate website-inquiry database.
Your choices
You may choose not to use the form and may contact us directly by email. You may also ask about information associated with your inquiry or request that it be corrected or deleted. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or ordinary recordkeeping purposes. Availability of additional privacy rights depends on applicable law.

Security and children’s privacy
We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect the contact flow, including server-side validation, restricted submission origins, request-size limits, and server-only delivery configuration. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so the form should not be used for sensitive or urgent information.
This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through it.
